Address Beach Resort – Dubai
In a destination where everything stands out, Address Beach Resort is no shrinking violet. Its bold design, on one of Dubai’s smartest stretches of beach, most definitely makes a statement. Sitting in landscaped, terraced gardens with cascading waterfalls and giant sculptures, its crowning glory is the rooftop pool – a dizzying 310m up – complete with sunken cabanas, double day beds and palm trees. The prime location is another star attraction.
You’re just a short stroll from the buzzing Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence, with an almost endless choice of boutiques and bistros, and if you want to explore further afield, the concierge service is on hand to organise it all.

activities
There’s plenty to keep you occupied at Address Beach Resort, starting with lazy days by the pool or on the beach. The Spa, on the 75th floor, is quite a place for treatment or two, and next door is the gym, where you can work out with some of the finest views of Dubai. There are shopping opportunities galore a short walk away, water parks and beach clubs. If you’re here for more than just a few days, we recommend heading out into the desert for some sand surfing or 4×4 adventures.
And you must explore Dubai’s old quarter, with its souks and spice markets. Wander the alleyways amongst the historic architecture, or take a dhow and float along the canals or the main water front.
family
Dubai has so many attractions for families of all ages, and the resort’s private beach location makes it an ideal place to stay. Not far away, you’ll find Aqua Fun, a giant inflatable water park. Open from 9am to 9pm every day, Qix Kid’s Club welcomes its younger guests – 4-16 – in a dedicated space with facilities for all ages. Rooms can accommodate a child under 12, suites can sleep a family of four (children under 12), and cots are provided free of charge.
sustainability
The Address hotel brand have thought very carefully about the use of non-plastic material, efficient use of natural resources and energy, and waste management. Little things such as bathroom products that have no microplastics; bamboo key cards; light and aircon sensors, all make a difference. Beach cleans are regularly organized, and the hotel partners with the Conserving Bounties Society which collects surplus food from hotel and distributes them to less privileged families.
