The coastline and islands of Croatia really do offer everything – with a good gentle breeze and miles of ‘line of sight’ sailing, this is the perfect place as an introduction to a holiday on the water. From the historic walled city of Dubrovnik and the medieval walls of Trogir, to the empty coves around the islands of Vis, there is so much beauty to see. Should you wish for a little more glamour, the island of Hvar has fabulous beach clubs and Hvar town is an excellent place to party. For a more remote and untouched experience, head north from the mainland to the Kornati islands for a cruise around the National Park with it’s baron landscape but thriving underwater ecosystem… the perfect spot for snorkling. Allow your skipper to find the anchorage with the restaurants with only lobster on the menu, or a lunch spot where you can dive around a ship wreck, paddle board in the crystal clear waters, or just sip a cold glass of wine listening to the waves lap on the side of the boat.
