Ski Room: 1992A
Ski locker: Number 9 – Code 2244

There is a lock box outside the door to the apartment which you can use when out skiing.  Please do not take the apartment keys on the mountain as they are very expensive to replace if they are lost.  Your Assistant Resort Manager will inform you of the code on arrival and for security reasons this is changed regularly between stays.

SKI ROOM & BOOT WARMERS – these are both located in the ski room just through the downstairs entrance of the chalet.  The boot dryers are set on a timer to dry out the boots at the end of the day, they go on again in the mornings to warm your boots up.

CAR PARKING – the chalet has two private parking spaces in the underground car park underneath the building number 3 & 4. Your Assistant Resort Manager will show these to you on arrival.

HEATING  – there is underfloor heating throughout the chalet and the bedrooms all have adjustable thermostats, please adjust to your comfort.

SAUNA – This is pre-set to the optimum temperature and is adjustable. There is a switch just by the door to turn on the light and also the heat. To start the sauna, just press the start button for 3 seconds. It will take approximately 1 hour to reach the temperature and will stay on for one hour once turned on. You can use the wooden bucket and ladle to put water on the coals.

TELEVISION – Your chalet is equipped with smart TVs in each bedroom and also the main living area. You can log in to your Netflix, Disney Plus or Amazon Prime accounts to enjoy your favourite shows and movies.  There is a Sonos soundbar for the TV in the main living area.

SONOS – The living area is equipped with a Sonos sound system – you will need to download the latest Sonos app on your phone or tablet to use this.

VELUX BLIND – There is a remote control for the blind in bedroom three – this is attached to the wall just next to the window – you are able open and close the blind using the remote control.  We do not permit access to open the velux windows during winter as the snow will fall in to the room.  All bedrooms have windows that can be opened if you need any extra ventilation

RUBBISH – The cleaning team will take out the rubbish from the chalet daily, but we do ask you to kindly separate general waste from recycling – cardboard, glass, plastic and aluminium. There are two separate bins in the kitchen for this – one for general waste and one for recycling.

HEALTY & SAFETY – Your Assistant Resort Manager will talk this through with you on arrival, but here is a little reminder on the key points.  Please keep chalet secure at all times with windows, terrace doors and front door locked when you head out for the day and at night.  Leave your ski boots in the ski locker and outdoor shoes in the entrance hall to avoid slips.  Please do not leave the fire unattended if using, it must be switched off before leaving the property each day. Smoking is forbidden in the chalet and only outside where ashtrays are provided. In the event of an emergency please call Ellie, the Assistant Resort Manager. If you have any questions or concerns at any time during your stay please ask the team!
