OUR FOOD

With the help of some fantastic chefs, the culinary side of our chalet holidays strengthen year after year as we continuously strive to improve through testing, tasting and creating delicious new recipes.

Our chefs have free rein in the kitchen, and are not restricted by a repeated set menu, so have license to be creative and introduce their own individual culinary style to the chalet. The result? Happy chefs and the opportunity for our guests to experience individual and innovative menus. As for our repeat guests, they’ll never experience the same menu twice.

Our relationship with esteemed Michelin Star chef owner of London restaurant Trinity, Adam Byatt and his team, puts us at the forefront of chalet cookery. This relationship is invaluable, with the head chef from Trinity coming to the Alps to train our chefs, their time spent endorsing our menus, to giving our chefs the opportunity to work alongside the phenomenal team in Clapham.

OUR CHALET TEAM

Keeping our operation small and personal is our philosophy and both Philippa and Holly still live, eat and breathe F&P! This is why, in our chalets we pride ourselves on carefully selecting a team of ski, hospitality and food enthusiasts, year on year. We adopt a relaxed professional approach to service. This fits with the chalet environment, creating a home-from-home feel for both guests and team.

OUR CHALETS

All of our chalets in Meribel are excellently located just a short walk away from the slopes and in our favourite areas of the resort. Each offers something special for everyone and boast a special feature; be it a bubbling hot tub, sauna, swimming pool, large south-facing terrace or superb ski-in access. And all of them are welcoming and comfortable, with roaring fires, sunny terraces, great views, essential mod-cons and our little extra F&P touches.
