Brewed in 2010 after a decade of working at various ski schools around the globe. Marmalade took inspiration from its previous employers and added some zest of its own.
With one eye always on the goal of improving technique but keeping it fun, enjoyable and challenging.
We love the sport of skiing and being in the mountains. We simply want to share with you our passion, enthusiasm and knowledge. Lessons with Marmalade are guaranteed to make you better but, in an environment, where you will feel at home.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Available for 3hrs, 4hrs or full days.
Any age, any ability (please note for the very young we may advise alternative ski schools who have better facilities dependent on the age of the child/children).

All necessary safety equipment provided as standard.
THE MARMALADE DEVELOPMENT WEEKS:
Prices start at €500 for a full week.
Join us for a full week of skiing whatever your level. Make the most out of your ski holiday by letting us take you each day – learning/improving technique, heading for the best snow, the best runs and guaranteeing you the best week of skiing you will have. There’s a full list of weeks running throughout the season. Please note these are dependent on minimum numbers.

MERIBEL’S #1 ENGLISH SPEAKING SKI SCHOOL.
The 2023/2024 season will mark our 24th year in the Meribel Valley! 24 years of fantastic times, teaching the sports we love in a resort we love. 23 years of looking after and developing skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities.
This coming season we are providing our best ever program of:
CHILDREN’S GROUP SKI LESSONS
Our Children’s Ski Safaris offer small groups (max 8 per class), great fun and the security of knowing your child is in the care of one of our experienced Instructors.
Lessons are 9.15 – 13.15 and start on Sundays and Mondays.
We carefully pace the lessons to match kids energy levels and have a hot chocolate/ toilet break mid way through.
In low season weeks, lessons are 9.15 – 12.15.
For beginner lessons we have our private beginner Area and moving carpet ski lift!.
ADULT GROUP SKI LESSONS
Our group lessons are a fun and sociable way to improve your skiing
Small groups (8 max), easy communication and each day something new and somewhere new to explore.
PRIVATE SKI AND SNOWBOARD LESSONS
Tailor-make your own clinic to allow your instructor to focus on your skiing or riding, as an individual or small group.

OXYGEN SKI & SNOWBOARD SCHOOL
Oxygene is Meribel’s favourite English-speaking ski school and has been providing private and group lessons, to skiers and snowboarders for the last 25 years. We pride ourselves on having something for everyone. We put our clients first every time and keep our group size to a maximum of 8 clients per instructor to ensure everyone gets the most out of their lessons.
FOR KIDS
Our fun and friendly children’s groups start off in our very own beginners area which is key in helping little ones build confidence in a safe and enjoyable environment before progressing onto the main slopes. Children progress through recognised ski levels and are rewarded with a medal at the end of each week.
FOR TEENS
For teenage skiers we have our popular Pro-Rider groups, where teenagers can progress their skills all over the mountain from bumps to park to off-piste.
FOR ADULTS
Our adult group lessons are available for all levels and cater for every age, taste and ability.
FOR SNOWBOARDERS
Oxygene snowboard group lessons are designed to transform your confidence, technique and slopestyle. Using tried-and-tested teaching methods alongside patient, clear and coherent guidance, our expert instructors will carve your route to snowboarding success.
MADE TO MEASURE
With our private lessons clients can keep it personal and push their ski or snowboarding journey to new peaks. Available for all disciplines, clients can choose to go solo for ultimate progression or team up and share their session with friends or family.
OFF PISTE & GUIDING
Make the most of each powder day with Oxygene. Explore the true terrain of the mountain, learn how to ski powder and ride the line of the season with our off-piste & guiding options.

Alternatively pop into our office where our Meribel team can be found busily beavering away. We are based in the Galerie des Cimes, just above the newsagent a little way up from the tourist office and the centre of town. Feel free to drop-in with any queries or for booking confirmations.
MEETING POINT
All booked-in and booted up? Great. Then it’s time to head on down to our Meribel ski and snowboard meeting point.
