HEALTH & SAFTEY – Your team will talk this through with you on arrival, but here is a little reminder on the key points. Please keep your chalet secure at all times with windows, terrace doors and front door locked when you head out for the day and at night. Leave your ski boots and outdoor shoes in the entrance hall to avoid slips. Refrain from using the kitchen equipment without instruction, in particular the chefs’ sharp knives especially when there are small children in the chalet. Do not add logs to the fire without the team being present and always have the fire gate in place when the fire is lit. Smoking is forbidden in the chalet and only outside where ashtrays are provided. In the event of a fire, there is a fire extinguisher on each floor and fire exit plans on the back of each door in the property. In the event of an emergency please call Solène, the Resort Manager. If you have any questions or concerns at any time during your stay please ask the team!

WHAT’S ON & RESORT INFORMATION – You will have various leaflets on activities, pampering, bus timetables, walkers’ maps and the weekly What’s On guide (definitely worth a read!) in the chalet. For any further information on the chalet or resort in general, please do not hesitate to ask your knowledgeable Resort Manager. We are here to help you get the very best from your stay with us here in magical Méribel.
